Compensation rates are calculated on a per student basis. Class coaches begin with a small group of students in the first week and can grow that number each week until they are managing up to a full-time load of students. You can choose the amount of students you want to coach depending on your desire to work part-time or full time.

Student and coach communicate through the One University Network app either through messaging or voice calls. There are no data costs for either coaches or students. Coaches are required to have a smartphone.
